What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where my mix of sales, customer service, and operations experience is useful.

At Chekelos Burgers & Fries, I opened the business from scratch and handle hiring, suppliers, permits, and daily operations. I built an Excel system to track costs and margins, then adjust prices as the Bolívar changes.

I train the team in customer service and day-to-day operations, and handle phone and WhatsApp orders, complaints, and special requests. I also organize inventory and run social media and local promotions.

At Dragon Coin, I answered bilingual investment-support questions, mostly over Telegram, and moderated a community of more than 10,000 members. I focused on giving clear explanations and keeping shared information accurate.

Earlier, I supported international sales at Artesanías George and taught live classes on crypto, staking, DeFi, and exchanges at La Colmena. I’m looking for a role where I can put my experience across sales, customer service, and operations to use.
