As a Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager, I managed requisition management and onboarding services, monitored recruitment coordinator performance, and partnered with stakeholders to develop a Requisition Building Robot and overhaul the requisition-building process.

I've also managed end-to-end global virtual learning events, client governance relationships, SLA delivery, and learning initiatives including Project Lighthouse and IBM Learning Pillars.
