At Ibex Pakistan’s SquareTrade campaign, I revamped new-hire curriculum, delivered soft-skills and product-specific training, and trained agents on Salesforce, Okta, Citrix, and Document 360.
I’ve also supported SquareTrade operations as a Hotline Supervisor and voice agent, coaching teams on customer communication, troubleshooting, call etiquette, critical thinking, and efficient issue resolution. I managed trainee data, access provisioning, equipment distribution, and communication with Operations teams.
