I’m a marketing content and training professional with 6+ years at Astera Software, where I’ve grown from Technical Writer to Marketing Content and Training Lead. I’m at my best turning technical complexity into clear, actionable learning and content that teams and customers can immediately use.

In my current role, I lead content strategy across social media—planning, scheduling, publishing, and maintaining a consistent brand voice that drives engagement. I also write SEO-driven blog and website copy (with keyword research via SEMrush), create and manage PPC campaigns, and manage content across WordPress and Contentful. A standout achievement has been building Astera Academy (academy.astera.com) from the ground up on LearnWorlds—designing the end-to-end training program with reusable frameworks and scaling product education through a full self-service learning hub.

Before that, I supported product readiness and customer success by translating feature requirements into training solutions, instructional videos, and how-to documentation for tools like Centerprise and ReportMiner ETL. I’ve also led learning-focused communication—partnering with product and customer success teams, scripting and producing campaigns like “Ask Astera,” and delivering workshops and university presentations at LUMS, IBA Karachi, NED, GIKI, and NUST.
