Syeda Amal Naqvi

I’m a communications graduate (Summa Cum Laude, 3.94 CGPA) who thrives at the intersection of content, digital marketing, and cross-functional coordination. I bring a strong writing foundation—built through technical writing, public speaking, and professional presentations—paired with hands-on experience creating campaign materials and onboarding resources.

In my most recent role as a Social Media and Content Associate, I helped improve audience engagement and campaign reach by shaping strategy recommendations and turning campaign goals into clear visual messaging. I designed website banners, posters, and promotional graphics aligned to brand objectives, then monitored monthly performance metrics to analyze engagement trends and present end-of-month insights for decision-making.

My experience also spans media relations and writing. As a Media Relations and Social Media Intern at UTSA, I authored an article featured in UTSA Today, created targeted media outreach materials, and supported social media strategy through content calendars and engagement campaigns. I also worked on A/B testing initiatives and built visual templates using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

Outside of formal roles, I’ve been intentional about leadership and learning. I’ve managed outreach using tools like MailChimp, Klaviyo, and SendGrid, and I’ve volunteered as Initiatives Director at a UK-based charity while coordinating an international remote team. With a HubSpot Academy Digital Marketing certification and a genuine interest in contributing to learning programs and organizational training initiatives, I’m excited to keep building engagement-focused content that helps people grow.
