What I'm looking for

I'm looking to make enterprise AI adoption practical and human-centered by designing team-specific workflows that create genuine employee value, with adoption measured as the result of usefulness.

At Holiday Channel, I built and shipped three production AI applications—including a GraphRAG knowledge assistant, multi-agent workflow gate, and evaluation harness—and helped increase weekly active AI usage from 18% to 65% in eight weeks.

I design practical AI enablement around role-based training, workflow design, adoption measurement, and governance. My GraphRAG assistant improved accuracy from 61% to 89% on a 60-question evaluation set, while my evaluation harness cut rework on prompt and index changes by roughly 50%.

Earlier, at Pipeline Velocity and NExS, I redesigned operational workflows, eliminated 12,000+ annual manual hours, improved partner activation, and translated customer and usage insights into shipped product features. I focus on making AI useful, safe, measurable, and ready for real business workflows.
