I am a backend and platform engineer with two years of production experience building distributed Java Spring Boot microservices and Kafka event-driven pipelines on Kubernetes/OpenShift across Azure and AWS. I have delivered zero-downtime releases, owned Okta and Wiz security automation, and built production observability infrastructure supporting large-scale retail operations.
At a Fortune 500 retailer I built and operated 20+ Spring Boot REST API microservices within a 400–500 service platform, engineered high-throughput Kafka producers and consumers, automated secret rotation, and implemented Grafana/New Relic dashboards with automated alerting. I also built an open-source event-driven microservices platform with DLQ, idempotency, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
I published a scalability-focused ML pipeline for hypertension prediction at IEEE ICSCNA 2023, mentor junior engineers, and present architecture maps to senior leadership.
