What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a backend role where I can build distributed Java microservices with strong reliability, event-driven design, and secure REST APIs—paired with CI/CD and containerized deployments in a team that values clean architecture.

I’m a backend engineer specializing in distributed Java systems, and I’ve built and shipped production-grade microservice systems end to end. I focus on reliability in event-driven architectures and care deeply about correctness under real-world load.

I architected 3 independently deployable microservices (Order, Inventory, Payment) to process 10,000+ order events via Apache Kafka with no REST calls. I implemented a choreography-based Saga with compensating transactions, ensuring eventual consistency when payment fails.

I secure and standardize APIs using Spring Security with stateless JWT authentication, BCrypt password hashing, and RBAC, documented with Swagger/OpenAPI. On the platform side, I automate builds and deployments using GitHub Actions CI/CD and containerized environments with Docker Compose.

More recently, I built a distributed job scheduler handling 1,000+ concurrent scheduled jobs across clustered instances. Using Quartz JDBC persistence, Redis SETNX distributed locking, Kafka lifecycle event streams, and exponential backoff retries, I designed for recovery after crashes and exactly-once execution behavior.
