What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations while contributing to organizational growth in a people-centric environment.

At Taprobane Seafoods, I manage payroll, statutory HR functions, and employee records for approximately 800 employees across multiple operational locations. I coordinate EPF, ETF, gratuity, compensation claims, C-Forms, and compliance matters with the Department of Labour and Central Bank.

I led a data correction project across six employer registrations, resolving more than 500 record discrepancies, and supported HRIS implementation through data migration, testing, validation, and process optimization. I also contributed to the successful completion of the FMO International Audit and support employee benefits, employee relations, and uninterrupted operations.

Previously, I supported APAC and EMEA HR operations at Teceze and reduced early turnover by 10.3% through engagement initiatives during my internship at Omega Line.
