At United Data Technologies, I troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, track service requests in ConnectWise, and use TechDirect for hardware diagnostics and warranty management.
At Punta Gorda Computers, I assembled and configured custom-built PCs and provided on-site and remote support, including malware removal and network troubleshooting.
I built a cybersecurity home lab with VMware Workstation, Proxmox VE, and Ubuntu, and configured NAS storage with backups, access controls, RAID, and file sharing. I also hosted Pi-hole in Docker and am developing web penetration testing skills through Hack The Box.
