I'm currently deploying and repairing workstations at Cybersoft Technologies while supporting Ubiquiti routers, switches, access points, mesh modules, Nanobeam bridges, NVRs, and IP camera systems.

I administer MDM for company-issued tablets, handling deployment, configuration, and end-user support. My work spans hardware diagnostics across drives, RAM, motherboards, and power supplies.

Previously at Vacations To Go, I managed Active Directory accounts, maintained server and network infrastructure, deployed Windows updates through WSUS, and supported remote employees with VPN connectivity.
