What I'm looking for

I seek an entry- to mid-level technical role where I can apply software development, networking, and database skills, continue learning, and contribute to practical IT solutions.

I am a recent Computer Science graduate with practical experience in software development, networking fundamentals, database design, and IT support. My studies at North Herts College and the University of Hertfordshire covered programming, information security, user experience, and project management.

I have hands-on skills in SQL, database management, BlueJ (Java), CISCO networking tools, and MS Office, and have completed coursework in applied programming, object-oriented programming, and advanced database topics. During and after my degree I pursued additional courses and training to strengthen my employability.

My work experience includes short-term roles as a care assistant and warehouse operative, where I practiced initiative, supported users with basic computer tasks, and followed manager-directed processes. I also completed a work-based learning software development project as part of my Level 5 studies.

I am motivated, steady in challenging circumstances, and looking to contribute to entry- to mid-level roles where I can apply my technical foundations, continue learning, and help deliver reliable IT solutions.
