I am an experienced ophthalmic technician with hands-on clinical skills in diagnostic testing, patient interviewing, and pre- and post-procedure support. I have performed VF, OCT, IOL measurements, slit lamp imaging, specular microscopy, refraction, applanation, and medication administration while ensuring accurate medical documentation and patient understanding.

I have supported ophthalmologists in procedure rooms, consented patients for treatments and surgeries, triaged emergencies, and maintained equipment readiness. My clinic experience is complemented by customer service work resolving patient and client issues, managing large call volumes, and using CRM tools like Zendesk to maintain accurate records.

I am certified as a medical assistant and bilingual in English and Spanish, dedicated to delivering compassionate, precise care and clear communication to patients and teams.
