I’m a Human Resources professional with nearly 10 years of progressive experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, training, benefits administration, scheduling, performance management, and workforce operations. As a bilingual communicator, I’m recognized for strong leadership, organization, policy enforcement, and focused employee support.
In my current role as Assistant HR Manager / Translator, I coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees, train staff on company policies and workplace expectations, and keep employee timecards and personnel records accurate. I also manage vacation schedules and time-off requests, conduct and support performance reviews, administer insurance open enrollment and employee benefits support, and handle disciplinary actions, write-ups, and policy enforcement. By translating between management and employees, I improve communication while supporting workforce planning and employee relations initiatives.
Before HR, I worked as a Cashier / Customer Service Associate in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering dependable service and supporting daily operations. I’m detail-oriented and highly organized, comfortable working independently, and ready to bring my leadership and employee-first approach to Human Resources, management, administrative, or remote professional opportunities.
