At Aspire Physical Therapy, I’ve hired and managed clinical aide positions and students for observational hours across five clinic locations, while also working as a Physical Therapy Aide. I run patients through modalities like ultrasound, E-stim, and GameReady, plus stretches and therapeutic exercises as directed by the physical therapist.

Before that, at ReBound PT OT & Hand Therapy, I scheduled and confirmed appointments, verified insurance benefits and authorizations, maintained accurate records in EMR systems, and handled calls, emails, payments, and co-pays. I also coordinated communication between patients, therapists, and providers, supported therapeutic activities under supervision, and kept treatment areas clean, safe, and stocked.
