What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a non-direct-care healthcare role where I can apply my clinical experience to operations, education, documentation, quality improvement, care coordination, or healthcare implementation.

At Johns Hopkins Pediatrics at Home, I contribute to clinical operations, education, and quality improvement for a pediatric home-care program serving medically complex patients and families. I coordinate care across disciplines and have served as acting Rehabilitation Supervisor during extended supervisor absences.

I developed diagnosis-specific education and resource packets with staff competencies, and created an outpatient resource manual to support staff access to practical information. I also precepted newly hired physical therapists and organized shadow visits.

I participated in developing and testing documentation forms and outcome measures, performed chart utilization reviews, and designed Epic SmartPhrases to support consistent documentation. I helped adapt services during the COVID-19 pandemic as requirements changed.
