Ella Freeman

I’m a Chiropractic Assistant and Exercise Science student who enjoys supporting patients through hands-on, therapy-focused care. In my current role, I assist different chiropractic doctors in treating patients with manual therapy, e-stim therapy, cervical and lumbar decompression, and exercise rehabilitation exercises.

I also keep the clinic running smoothly by cleaning and organizing equipment, preparing the treatment room for scheduled appointments, and ensuring patients have an appointment scheduled before they leave. My approach is grounded in patient service, attention to detail, and clear communication.

I bring strong administrative and clinical fundamentals, including managing patient records, medical assisting, HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, medical coding, and medical billing. I’m comfortable at the front desk and using EMR/EHR systems, with reliable phone etiquette and patient interaction.

Outside of clinic support, I’ve built people-first skills through lifeguarding and CPR training, customer service, group fitness, and sports coaching. I’m motivated to keep learning and grow into a role where I can combine patient care with organization and teamwork.
