At Zleni Robotics, I co-founded a robotics company building a semi-humanoid robot to automate laundry in senior living. I built a working towel-folding proof of concept on Piper X arms and signed the first paid pilot with PrimaCare Living Solutions for Burton Manor.
I designed Zleni’s Robotics-as-a-Service pricing and ROI model, validating it with a 26-site Ontario operator. I’m leading a $500K pre-seed raise to rebuild a pilot-grade unit and fund in-house base R&D.
At Zlenox Corporation, I founded and led ZHERP from a blank page to a live beta: an AI-native, PHIPA/PIPEDA-compliant EMR and HRM platform for senior living. I secured CIHI federal licensure and shipped HL7 FHIR-enabled interoperability.
ZHERP entered daily clinical use at Alexis Lodge in February 2025. I designed an LLM clinical data extraction pipeline with human-in-the-loop QA and a wearable voice AI co-pilot, and managed a team across product, engineering, design, and implementation.
