I am a licensed professional teacher (Cum Laude) with hands-on experience in customer support for a high-volume BPO telco account. I passed the professional board examination while working full-time, demonstrating discipline, consistency, and strong time management.

I delivered structured lessons, prepared instructional materials, managed student records, and strengthened my organization and presentation skills during my pre-service teaching role. I handled administrative tasks and assessments in accordance with university requirements.

In the BPO telco role I resolved billing, technical, and account-related concerns via calls and chat, documented customer interactions using internal CRM systems, and met performance metrics for quality and productivity. That experience developed my multitasking, time management, and professional communication abilities.

I am reliable, adaptable to new tools and workflows, and calm under pressure. I am eager to transition into a Virtual Assistant role where I can apply data entry, calendar management, document preparation, and client communication skills to support day-to-day operations effectively.
