I am a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience across Level IIIC and Level IV NICUs, providing acute and progressive care to neonates and attending high-risk deliveries.
I completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (Spring 2022) and authored a DNP project titled "The Periviable Infant: The Implementation of a Standardized Perinatal/Neonatal Outpatient Consultation Program."
My clinical background includes autonomous roles providing in-house night coverage, newborn nursery coverage, and coordination of transfers to higher-level care, with service at teaching and community hospitals and multiple locum positions.
I contribute to multidisciplinary committees (Feeding Team, Palliative Care, Developmental Care, Neuro-Developmental Care) and hold certifications including RNC-NIC, NRP instructor, PALS, BLS, DEA prescribing authority, and active state licensure and NPI.
