I'm currently providing direct care for premature and critically ill neonates at Arkansas Children’s Hospital’s Level IV NICU, including neonatal assessments, resuscitation support, developmentally supportive interventions, and family education.
Across Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Murphy Harpst Children’s Center, WellStar Cobb Hospital, and Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, I’ve cared for high-acuity neonatal, perioperative, cardiac, behavioral health, emergency, and postoperative patients. I’ve also led Georgia’s QRTP nursing initiative, developed policies and procedures, precepted nurses, served as an Epic Superuser, and supported a temporary post-surgical unit during COVID-19.
