I am looking for a role that allows me to lead innovative projects, foster team collaboration, and continue growing in a dynamic environment.

With over 14 years in IT engineering, including more than 5 years in leadership roles, I am passionate about guiding teams to success. My focus is on fostering team performance through mentorship, motivation, and hiring the right talent. I see a team as a puzzle, where every unique piece contributes to the bigger picture and shared success.

In my recent role as Head of Backend Engineering at YAZIO, I led the backend engineering team, overseeing everything from technical strategy to team management and hiring. I played a key role in scaling our Symfony-based REST API, which supports over 1.5 million daily active users. My experience also includes leading cross-functional teams at TOM TAILOR, where I successfully automated the release process and managed an international development team.
