What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance and operations work where I can improve processes, build useful reporting, strengthen controls, and support strategic decisions across a growing organization.

At The Change Lab, I lead finance and operations strategy through 205% year-over-year revenue growth, helping move the organization from two consecutive deficit years to a surplus.

I build operational dashboards, financial models, Board-level reporting, and executive presentations that turn performance data into actionable decisions. I also oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, vendor management, benefits administration, and internal controls.

Previously, I supported operational strategy, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and process automation at CivicAction, Entandem, and Re:Sound. My work includes documenting and automating 50+ business processes, supporting a $40M operating budget, processing 500+ accounts receivable transactions, and reporting on a $6M sales program.

I also bring international operations and training experience from Vietnam-USA Society English Centers, where I delivered 1,200+ training sessions and managed systems supporting 15,000+ student records.
