At the City of Tampa’s Equal Business Opportunity Division, I lead data, reporting, and systems work across B2Gnow (DMI), procurement, and contract systems. I maintain automated performance dashboards and lead the EBO Annual Report across four City departments.

At UC Innovation / Kindsight, I led Salesforce implementations for higher education and nonprofit clients from initiation through go-live, with a focus on integrations and user adoption. I managed scope, schedule, budget, and risk while directing cross-functional delivery teams.
