I seek a role combining customer support and administrative coordination in a collaborative, learning-focused company where I can grow technical and process skills.

I am a dedicated customer service professional with experience in BPO telco support, seasonal e-commerce customer care, and post-closing/funding coordination for a mortgage company. I consistently deliver accurate, timely communication with customers and partners across email, chat and phone while working effectively both independently and in teams.

My background includes registering loan MIN numbers in MERS, compiling and forwarding closing files to lenders, and resolving order issues for holiday gift customers. I am computer literate, adaptable to work-from-home setups, and eager to learn new systems and tools with initial training and supervision.
