What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use data analysis to improve customer outcomes, collaborate cross-functionally, and turn complex technical and operational insights into clear, measurable improvements with continuous learning.

I’m a Data Analyst at Pareto.Ai, where I handle lead generation, support inter-department data management to keep worker records up to date, and translate customer business goals into actionable work. I work with a team of data analysts under project managers, communicate progress and blockers transparently, and quality assure deliverables for high-quality completion. I also test AI tools and software to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps.

Before that, I built a strong service-and-operations foundation at MERALCO as a Customer Sales Engineer and Technical Sales Engineer—processing end-to-end service applications, managing facility extension projects, delivering technical presentations, and providing after-sales technical support for Net Metering and related programs, I helped drive Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) initiatives through monthly safety reminders. I’m a Registered Electrical Engineer and I enjoy explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while coordinating across teams to deliver results.
