Seeking a challenging role that leverages my analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

I'm previously a process technician, under engineering department, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data manipulation. Equipped with hands-on experience using tools such as MS Excel and Power BI. I have successfully completed several tasks/projects involving data gathering, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and creating visualizations. I am eager to bring my analytical skills, attention to detail and enthusiasm for more knowledge.
