At XWP LLC, I support the People & Culture team across talent acquisition, team engagement, and other initiatives. I coordinate interviews and candidate communications, manage recruitment data in Rippling Recruiting, and partner with hiring managers to create a smooth experience.
I also organize company events and team activities, and run employee engagement programs such as wellness challenges, peer recognition, and Community Pulse Surveys. Before XWP, I worked in sales and customer support, building client-facing experience that I bring to candidate and employee interactions.
