What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a human resources or recruiting role where I can source and hire qualified candidates, strengthen onboarding, coordinate teams, and help an organization grow.

At DetailxPerts, I recruited and hired staff for car wash openings and corporate roles, managed candidate information, conducted interviews, completed reference checks, and tracked onboarding documentation.

I used Indeed, Gusto, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and RingCentral to source candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with on-site managers. I also supported on-site and virtual teams and helped improve hiring rates through scheduling and sourcing strategies.

Previously, I recruited nurses for Scandinavian countries at SLS United and maintained applicant records in the OMP database. At Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, I helped students establish financial goals, develop financial plans, manage budgets, and reduce college debt.
