What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can manage crisis and follow-up services, mentor staff, ensure compliance, and improve outcomes in a trauma-informed, data-driven organization.

I am a dedicated mental health professional and program manager with deep experience in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and case management for children and adults. I hold a Master of Social Work and a Master of Education, and I bring a strong record of operational leadership in 988 follow-up services and team management.

In my current role I manage national and state 988 follow-up teams, oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, EHR/EMR workflows, KPI tracking, and staff performance, and ensure compliance with crisis and mobile response protocols. Previously I served as a crisis specialist and navigator, delivering de-escalation, safety planning, and follow-up for high-risk individuals, and as an associate program manager handling HR, recruitment, and performance processes for a large digital-health employer.

I also have extensive special education experience as a case manager in a Title I district, plus teaching experience at the college level; I combine clinical knowledge, trauma-informed care, and operational management to drive quality care, staff development, and measurable outcomes in high-stress environments.
