I’m a customer support professional with over a decade of experience in IT and client-facing roles, including 6+ years working remotely. I handle high-volume call and case management, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and support Windows OS migrations and virtual desktop deployments. Most recently, I’ve provided inbound sales support through the Apple Partner Channel—helping customers with product selection, pricing, promotions, and order placement while balancing sales goals with customer-first problem solving and compliance.
