What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my technical support, networking, endpoint, and security monitoring experience in a fast-paced environment where I can troubleshoot issues, follow clear procedures, support users, and continue growing in IT and security operations.

I've supported healthcare communications at the University of Maryland Medical System, routing clinical updates and emergency alerts while documenting and escalating system issues to network and facility engineers.
