At IriusRisk, I lead product teams building enterprise administration, RBAC, reporting, and content-management capabilities for a B2B SaaS threat-modelling platform. I helped establish product practices as the business scaled from around $6M ARR to over $20M ARR and through its $100M+ acquisition by Threat Modeler.

I’ve led end-to-end product direction across products including MoneySavingExpert’s iOS and Android apps and Network 10’s 10play streaming platform. At 10play, I led major platform rebuilds that increased time spent per visitor by 16%, video views per visitor by 24%, and page views per visit by 10%, while reducing bounce rate by 38%.

I’m also building Aberyarn through Ugly Laird, owning discovery, validation, system design, and delivery for an AI-assisted communication platform. I use continuous discovery, product trios, research, analytics, and practical delivery methods to turn complex customer and business needs into useful products.
