What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead commercial strategy, planning and performance work where I can turn complex customer, product and financial insight into clear priorities, investment choices and measurable growth outcomes.

At Sky Gaming, I lead quarterly commercial planning and executive performance across a c.£500m portfolio of five digital gaming products. I turn customer, product and financial performance into priorities, actions and investment choices with Product, Marketing, CRM, Content, Technology, Finance and BI teams.

I identified the behavioural driver behind a 17% decline in spend per customer after a major migration and provided recovery direction. I also directed a promotional strategy change that increased cash-active conversion by 50%.

Previously, I led analytics at LNER, where I developed a commercial banking partnership generating £7m in incremental recurring revenue and helped deliver £2.5m in savings. At Home Farm Trust, I led a finance transformation that reduced manual invoicing by 75% and removed more than 1,500 management hours annually.
