I'm looking for a client-focused operations or support role where I can use bilingual communication, SAP, Excel, reporting, and team coordination to improve accurate, timely service.

I've supported payroll, billing, contract compliance, time reporting, and assignment tracking for INC & Engineering, using SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRIS tools to keep client and consultant operations accurate.

Across nine years in international client relations at El Cid Resorts and Spa, I coordinated staff training, events, scheduling, CRM programs, operational reporting, and budgets. I work comfortably in English and Spanish and focus on responsive client attention and practical problem-solving.
