Jaime Lagos

I’m an export-focused trade professional and shipping leader, currently serving as an Export Agent Manager. I’m responsible for exports shipments via ground, rail, air, or ocean, moving cell phones and perfumes to Europe and the Middle East.

I coordinate customers, suppliers, LTL companies, airlines, and steamship lines to ensure the shipment arrives via the most efficient and economical route. I bring a strong customer-facing, operational mindset to keep international movement on track.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Export Agent at Atrade Forwarding for many years, preparing MAWBs, HAWBs, and HBLs, submitting AES, and planning routes based on perishable or hazardous requirements, transit time, and security. I handled shipments including aircraft parts, mining equipment, locomotive parts, and propulsion engines to Brazil.

Earlier, I served as a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor at WWW Grainger Integrated, directing shipping department staff, enforcing policies and procedures, and improving shipping/receiving methods while maintaining safe, sanitary working conditions. I’m proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word and Outlook) as well as Descartes and Excel, and I’m forklift certified (any type) with experience using a cherry picker and electric pallet jack.
