What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my import/export operations, customs entry, compliance, onboarding, and process-improvement experience in a role where I can improve client and team outcomes.

At John S. James Co., I design compliance- and operations-focused onboarding experiences for new clients while managing internal projects and improving departmental procedures.

I file more than 900 U.S. import entries annually, monitor continuous bond renewals, and arrange replacement bonds. I also work with Customs and Border Protection’s ACE system.

I’ve led export teams of four employees, coordinated workloads, resolved shipment-specific logistics issues, and supported client onboarding for ocean shipments. Earlier, I prepared 40–50 export documentation packs each week and coordinated documentation between clients and ocean carriers.

I implemented company-wide shipment tracking software that improved efficiency and saved 10 minutes per employee per office. I bring experience in EDI mapping, tailored reporting, export compliance, and international transportation.
