What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior clinical nursing role in oncology or hospice where I can lead care coordination, education, and quality improvement while advocating for patients and mentoring staff.

I am a seasoned registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in oncology, hospice, and home health settings, combining direct patient care with leadership in case management and nursing education.

I have led interdisciplinary teams as a director and assistant supervisor, developed an orientation manual and education programs, conducted performance improvement chart reviews, and served as a clinical supervisor and hospital liaison to coordinate complex discharges.

Currently I provide primary nursing in an oncology clinic performing chart reviews, triage, medication administration, order entry, disability/FMLA documentation, and patient advocacy while applying strong critical thinking, motivational interviewing, and care coordination skills.
