Trinity Davenport
@trinitydavenport
Experienced oncology nurse leader driving safe, patient-centered infusion care and team performance.
What I'm looking for
I am an oncology nurse leader with over nine years of direct oncology and infusion experience and more than seven years in supervisory roles. I combine hands-on clinical expertise with operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
At Texas Oncology I led clinical operations across multiple sites, supervising a 44-member nursing team and overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and licensure compliance. I stepped in for direct patient care during peak demand and guided staff on charge capture and reimbursement processes.
Previously I managed high-volume infusion center operations, coordinated staffing and budgets, oversaw competency checks and continuing education, and supported staff through in-clinic emergencies. As a Bone Marrow Transplant RN at Baylor Scott & White I administered chemotherapy and blood products, maintained central lines, and served as a CLABSI prevention champion.
I am known for mentoring teams, improving workflows, fostering a supportive environment for staff and patients, and driving initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
