What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead telecom & IT delivery for large rail/digital infrastructure programs—owning secure telecom system design, NMS/OSS and NOC operations, fiber network rollout, and interface management, with strong focus on FAT/SAT, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

I’m a seasoned Telecom and IT professional with 30+ years across High-Speed Rail (NHSRCL), Indian Railways, Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFCCIL), Metro Rail (DMRC & RAPID Metro), delivering telecom system design and review, network integration, OCC connectivity, NMS/T-SCADA, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and project management consultancy.

In my current role as GM Telecom (Design & Execution), I lead telecom design and execution management—from Initial/Preliminary/Detailed submissions to BOQ, FAT/SAT documentation, and E&C drawings—while managing IP-PBX, PAS, PIDS, CCTV, MCS, DTS, OFMS, CVRS, IDS, AMS, and T-SCADA. Previously, as an IT/Telecom Specialist at Nippon Koei India, I drove IT infrastructure strategy and digital transformation for DFCCIL, strengthened cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and built Power BI dashboards to improve data-driven decisions, including supervision and approval of design, commissioning, and fiber network rollout.
