At HBL Engineering Pvt. Ltd., I manage installation and commissioning projects across railway and networking environments, from scheduling and risk analysis through testing and handover. I direct a 13-member team and coordinate site teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
At Siemens Technology & Service Pvt. Ltd., I worked on the DCS subsystem for Nagpur Metro Phase II, including fixed signalling network design connecting OCC, BCC, depots, and stations. I also planned wayside radio networks and configured firewalls for secure communication.
At Siemens, I managed bids for metro and railway projects, including Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail and Mumbai Metro Lines 5 and 6. Earlier, at Nokia Solutions & Network India Pvt. Ltd. and Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., I supported telecom network operations and achieved 99.9995% uptime for the Jio GigaFiber L2 Access Domain.
