What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging position in Education, Management, or Behavioral Health, using my organizational and leadership skills to drive success. I’m open to supervision in Hospitality and Customer Service, and passionate about training and development.

I’m a Dedicated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in Special Education, specializing in behavior management, human services, and leadership roles. I’m a Certified Tact II Trainer, overseeing and implementing the Tact II behavioral model across multiple programs in a safe, structured therapeutic environment.

Through my supervision experience, I train both staff and students to ensure consistent application of rewards and consequences, and I equip students with essential tools for societal productivity. I also work closely with parents, external stakeholders, school districts, vendors, and supporters to maintain strong partnerships and student progress.

I’ve led teams and supported program transitions to the adult community by supervising staff, providing administrative support to program directors, and improving program effectiveness through compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. I’m especially energized by training and development, crisis prevention, de-escalation, and program management.
