What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead behavioral supports, coach educators, design professional development, and advance inclusive, data-driven special education practices.

I am a dedicated special education professional with over 12 years of experience in teaching, behavioral support, and district-level intervention. I conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop IEPs and behavior goals, and implement evidence-based interventions for students with EBD, Autism, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges.

I have served as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist and classroom teacher, coaching and training educators, designing professional development, and supporting inclusive, data-driven instructional practices. I am skilled in crisis response, mediation, program evaluation, and translating behavioral strategies into meaningful learning for adult learners.

I am committed to culturally responsive teaching and advancing preparation of future educators through research-grounded instruction, strong collaboration with families and school teams, and continuous improvement of student outcomes.
