What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead behaviorally based ABA programs in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment—where data drives decisions, training matters (CPI included), and I can supervise teams to improve independence, learning, and day-to-day skills for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

I’m a Compassionate, solutions-oriented Board-Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to providing exceptional care and devising behaviorally based treatment for children and adults with developmental disabilities. I manage the development, implementation, and analysis of behavior modification programs, grounded in gathering and analyzing behaviors and conducting functional assessments.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Wilton- Lyndeborough Public Schools, I direct a program of 27 children with extensive needs and manage a team of 29 ABA/RBT staff members. I work as an administrator in the building and collaborate with special education teachers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, classroom teachers, and school principals—supporting both special and general education students, including a niche for children with traumatic histories.

I’m also trained to help teams respond safely and effectively, having served as the CPI trainer for the district and trained ABAs and general education staff as needed. Previously, I regulated over 45 cases across three schools in Fitchburg Public Schools and earlier led ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy teams at Nashoba Learning Group, where I obtained data on student progress, conceptualized and implemented behavior plans, and strengthened consistency through Procedural Reliability and Inter-observer Agreement.
