What I'm looking for

I’m looking to serve as a Director of Policy, using legislative analysis, stakeholder engagement, and program management to advocate for needed resources and help integrate impactful support across communities through teamwork and clear communication.

I’m a service-focused educator and policy-minded leader with over 10-plus years of experience in policy development, legislative advocacy, strategic planning, and program management. With a master’s degree in Behavioral Psychology with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, I bring a structured, research-informed approach to building support systems that help people and teams succeed.

In recent Director roles, I advocate for resources and rights across healthcare, legal, and community-based settings, stay updated on best practices in behavioral support, and drive accountability through documented progress, ethical confidentiality, and clear communication with stakeholders. I’ve also supervised and coached multidisciplinary staff, built and operated ABA programs (including opening/closing programming), led admissions/discharge processes and IDT meetings, and developed behavioral intervention plans, training courses, and safety/security policies.
