I use Talkdesk and Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions, documentation, and records while maintaining accuracy and a positive customer experience under time-sensitive conditions. I’m motivated by dependable, professional remote customer support.

Alongside my customer service work, I independently plan, film, and edit short-form YouTube videos. I grew my channel to more than 2,000 views in its first month while managing scheduling, audience engagement, and analytics.

I’ve also supported virtual classroom sessions, maintained student attendance records, and helped computerize student records. My background includes communication, organization, content creation, and adapting quickly to new tools and processes.
