I am a results-driven appointment setter and sales professional with a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management and hands-on experience across hospitality, sales and marketing. I have a proven track record of generating leads, scheduling qualified appointments, exceeding monthly targets and maintaining accurate CRM records.

I work effectively under pressure, collaborate across teams, and bring strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills to every role.
