I'm looking to lead engineering teams building platform, backend, integration-heavy, or AI-powered systems, where I can set technical direction, improve delivery practices, and partner closely with business stakeholders.

At Trax Technologies, I led globally distributed engineering teams of up to 18 people supporting a Freight Audit & Payment platform managing $25B+ in global transportation spend.

I helped shape the platform architecture and built microservices, event-driven backend systems, and Kafka pipelines in Java and Spring Boot. I also owned PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and AWS infrastructure.

I've made delivery faster and more predictable by driving CI/CD adoption across Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Rundeck, while using SonarQube to make technical debt visible and trackable.

Since 2026, I've shipped a production-grade RAG system using Python, Flask, Claude API, and Pinecone, with an evaluation harness measuring 85% retrieval precision, under $0.01 per query, and under five-second latency. I also led AI-assisted development adoption across a nine-engineer team.
