I'm looking to join an early-stage team where I can find operational bottlenecks, build AI-powered systems, launch new business lines, and give founders back their time.

At Vitau, I've built two revenue lines from zero: grew hospital pharmacy sales 8x over prior management and scaled a clinic model to four locations averaging $200K MXN per month. As the CEO's operational right hand, I lead company-wide AI adoption, business operations, HR, legal infrastructure, and multi-city expansion.
