I'm looking to lead customer-focused retail, e-commerce, or operations teams where I can improve service, develop employees, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable results.

I've led e-commerce, café, and prepared-food operations at Wegmans Food Markets, including directing 25 employees through daily order picking, packing, staging, and curbside and delivery coordination. I manage labor, workflows, customer accounts, and cross-department problem-solving to meet same-day delivery demand and customer needs.

I also implemented scheduling software across Wegmans stores in the greater Triangle area, training colleagues for a smooth transition and strong adoption. Most recently, I evaluated, purchased, and negotiated pre-owned golf equipment at Worldwide Golf while balancing customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turnover, and resale potential.
